I am using XPRedit for quite a long time, though I have to admit I am more familiarized with the 1.4 versions than the new one.

 In versions 1.4.x once we hit the "Apply" button the non-ticked options were taking effect as well.

 Does this also apply  in Versions 2.x or does our registry keep its own values if we do not mingle with an option?
  

Thats right Viktor...Only loaded tweaks effect your system's registry when you hit the apply button.Tweaks that are in the "available tweaks" listbox do not affect you system's configuration.

I'll add a documentation some days before the final release.
